Wendy’s Company Employees Drive Support for 17 Charitable Organizations Across the Globe

Wendy's Community Giving Program

At Wendy’s®, we believe in giving back to the communities where we live, work, and play. From our longstanding support of the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption® to our Community Giving Program that supports a wide variety of organizations aimed at making a positive impact on foster care adoption, hunger and food integrity, youth and families, and vibrant communities, we strive every day to live our brand values "Give Something Back" and "Do the Right Thing".

We’re proud to share that this year, Wendy’s is making charitable donations to 17 organizations across the U.S., Aruba, and United Kingdom through our Community Giving Program. The Program, which began in 2020, is available globally and allows Wendy’s Company employees – from our Senior Leadership Team to our restaurant managers and crew – to nominate a charitable organization they support. Grants will be distributed in a range from $2,500 to $10,000 totaling $75,000.
