Jaime Weeks
Vice President, Managing Director, Canada
Jaime has served as Vice President, Managing Director, Canada since April 2025.
She has overall operational and business development responsibility for this important regional growth market—Wendy’s largest international market—ensuring the brand reaches its full potential by driving a globally great, locally even better mindset. This includes elevating the customer experience and brand performance to the highest levels while leading strategies that drive sales and profitability.
Jaime joined Wendy’s in 2019 as Vice President, Global Training and transformed the Company’s training platforms, and modernized restaurant crew and support center learning. She was named Vice President, Canadian Operations in 2023.
With over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Jaime has worked in a variety of training roles of increasing accountability. Prior to Wendy’s, she was Vice President, International Operations and Training at GoTo Foods, formerly FOCUS Brands, the franchisor for Auntie Anne's, Cinnabon, Jamba Juice and Carvel Ice Cream brands. She also worked in training roles at Chili’s, Fuddruckers, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and the Marine Corps Community Services.
A bowl of Chili is Jaime’s go-to Wendy’s order, which she enjoys regularly at a nearby Burlington, Ontario restaurant or when visiting other locations across the country.
Jaime holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgia Southern University.
An advocate for foster care adoption, Jaime works to help Canadian children in foster care find permanent, loving homes through her service on the Board of Directors of the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption-Canada.
