John Min
Chief Legal Officer and Secretary
John joined Wendy’s in September 2024 as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary. In this role, he is responsible for shaping and guiding the Company’s global legal strategy and operations.
John brings a wealth of experience from his 14-year tenure at Kellanova and its predecessor company, Kellogg Company. At Kellanova, he served as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary. He also held roles as General Counsel in Europe and General Counsel of the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa region.
Previously, John practiced law at the law firms of Jenner & Block LLP and Jones Day.
He is known for his expertise in leading high-performing teams, providing strategic legal counsel, and managing compliance risks in diverse markets.
John is a fan of Wendy’s iconic Dave’s Single® and recent menu innovations such as the Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken Sandwich.
John holds a law degree from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago. During law school, he was honored with the Thomas R. Mulroy Prize for excellence in oral advocacy.
