Ken Cook

Ken Cook has served as Chief Financial Officer for The Wendy’s Company since December 2024. In this role, he oversees the full scope of the Company’s financial operations, from tax and treasury to serving as the primary liaison with investors. 

He is accountable for driving operational performance and enhancing restaurant profitability, aligning with Wendy’s objective to achieve both revenue growth and strong bottom-line performance.

Ken joined Wendy’s from United Parcel Service in Atlanta where he spent 20 years with increasing responsibility across the Finance organization, most recently serving as Head of Financial Planning and Analysis. Prior to that, Ken served as Chief Financial Officer for the U.S. Domestic segment, leading the financial planning and execution for the company’s transportation and logistics enterprise. Ken previously held leadership roles across Investor Relations and Treasury, along with more than three years spent in Singapore as the CFO of South Asia.

Ken holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
