How Wendy's Is Honoring Veterans Day
The Wendy’s family consists of many veterans, including our very own founder Dave Thomas, who was a veteran himself when he opened the first Wendy’s restaurant more than 50 years ago. Dave joined the Army at the age of 18 and served for two and a half years during the Korean War before returning home in 1953.
This Veterans Day, November 11, we want to celebrate this community by saying “Thank You” to America’s active military and veterans with a FREE small breakfast combo* from Wendy’s. It’s one way we can show our gratitude for the men and women of this country who work to protect us day-in and day-out.
Here Are the Details
- When? Veterans Day: Wednesday, November 11 from 6:30 – 10:30 a.m. (Check your local Wendy's as breakfast hours may vary by location.)
- How? Redeeming the offer is simple – veterans and active military who show a valid military ID at the time of order in-store or at the drive-thru* can enjoy a small breakfast combo on Wendy’s.
Head here to find your closest Wendy’s and get ready to enjoy (in our humble opinion) the best breakfast around. And if you’re on Twitter, feel free to share a picture with us @Wendys. We appreciate all our veterans every day, but especially today!
* Offer available at participating Wendy’s® during breakfast hours on 11/11/20 only, while supplies last. Limit one small breakfast combo per person with Military ID. Premium beverage upgrade is an additional charge. Offer not available in the Wendy’s app or for mobile or delivery orders. Cannot be combined with any other offer.
